WORKING SYSTEM

The entrance of wheat to the washing boat is taken back and forth and the wheat residence time is adjusted. The top screw rotates rapidly to rinse the water and perform the washing process. Foreign substances (stones, etc.) that are heavier than wheat will sink to the bottom and are thrown out with a stony screw that rotates in the opposite direction.

Lightweight substances such as dust, straw and garbage in wheat are collected on the water surface and discharged with water from the hole of the unwanted material. The drifting wheat with the top screw goes to the vertical drying section, which runs through the centrifuge system. Pallets rotating in vertical drying and swiveling the product to the hollow hole sheet to clean the water from the wheat. The dehydrated wheat (moist) is transferred from the outlet section in the upper section to the warehouses.
