WORKING SYSTEM

Before aspiration of the grain through aspiration, the grain forms a strong flow of air in the direction of the direction of flow and removes the foreign matter in the grain. Due to the fact that most of the undesirable substances contained in the grain are purified by this section, there are no blockages in the heat conductors and more effective cleaning of the filter is ensured.

The wheat entering the machine from the aspiration process is distributed uniformly and homogeneously on the sieve by means of the vibro motor mounted on the center of gravity of the machine. The feeding box is released together with the vibrating body on rubber wedges. It allows the wheat to be distributed along the entire sieve surface with an adjustable flap.
